Hello! My name is Chris Siemann and this is my 3 rd year teaching Theology at Strake Jesuit. I am a Notre Dame double graduate from the suburbs of Chicago, so I am surprised to have ended up in Houston—and to have enjoyed it as much as I have thus far! I am a parishioner at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. My biggest distraction will likely be mixing chaperone duties with pilgrim opportunities. While I certainly look forward to all the prayerful opportunities, my duty to facilitate these opportunities for the seniors to maximize the potential of their experience comes first. I am sure there will be a healthy tension there! I am not quite sure what particular graces God has in store for me this pilgrimage, and that excites me! In general, I do hope that, throughout this experience, my soul can be turned further outward towards the other and away from myself.
