Introduction to James Jones II

Who am I: 

Hello my name is James Jones. I love science specifically natural sciences, running, lifting, any outdoors activities, almost all genres if music and I am starting to grow an inclination to philosophy.

Where do I go to Church:

I primarily attend Sacred Heart of Manvel Catholic Church.

Your most important insight or insights from class thus far? 

I would say it is learning about renouncing of myself in order to fully embrace God’s will.   

What do you think will be the biggest struggle/difficulty/distraction?

 My biggest distraction will definitely be myself and the magnificence of the city, I like to talk and to admire beauty which I fear will inhibit my total focus on God.

 What do you hope will be your biggest grace? 

My biggest grace on this trip I assume will most likely be Piety in attempt to reverence God and in doing so further renounce my will.

How do you want it to effect you/or how do you think it will effect you when you return? 

I want and suspect it will bring me further into the mystery that is God, his will and his love. As I focus on this mystery, something I will never fully be able to comprehend, I expect to be left with more questions then answers, which is always a good thing. Even with those answers I know it will only lead me to question and discern his will, his love, and the vastness of his plan.
